Well, in fact it is annonced for fun so I hope you will have FUN chasing for the answers;)

Below you will find three questions considering the history of Polish air force (how could I ask any other questions :deadhorse:)

The first of you who send 3 correct answers will get a Black Box of goodies I promise to complete and send worldwide (shipping is on me). You do not know what will be in the box (well, I do not know yet either ;)), but you won't regret receiving it I suppose:D.

Your answers should be sent directly to my email address and the first one who delivers the right answers (all of them) will be announced the winner. I can not provide you with anything like a :medal:, but ... maybe Eric or Keith may offer one... ;)

The address is: nightbomber.as@gmail.com
The Contest closes by the end of February at the latest, but once I get thet right answers - it is closed as well:)

Sorry Polish forumers: You are excluded from the contest.

THE QUESTIONS ARE:

1. The American volunteers formed the famous Kościuszko Fighter Squadron and fought alongside Poles in Polish uniforms during the Polish-Soviet War of 1919-20. Some of the brave American pilots lost their lives for Polish new reborn state. What were their names?

2. I have painted one of my Fokker D.VIII planes into Polish 1920 scheme (well, I named it EDYTA, my lovely wife's name - a fantasy scheme). You can see it below.

The question is: why this type of plane is SO important in the Polish Air Force History?

3. The famous Polish 303rd squadron fighting during the Batlle of Britain was a bunch of authentic warriors and individuals. One of them was Josef Frantisek, a Czech pilot, who chose the Polish colleagues to fight side by side for our common freedom :salute:. But there was another one...a Polish pilot, who was also a foreign citizen - a Swiss one - who was flying as a member of the 303rd... Who was that pilot?

Salute,
Andy.

P.S. Multiple entries allowed:D So you can always send another set of 3 answers, the first one who sends the correct ones, wins:D

A quiz question about Canada and WW1

This3,363-meter peak, tallest mountain visible from Jasper Alta. 1. Each set must have 10 questions.

2. Only one set of trivia questions can be open at any one time. A next set can not be posted until the previous set is closed.

3. All Questions must be WWI or WWII aviation combat related.

-All 10 Questions must follow along one theme, such as all questions are about one specific pilot, or one nations aviation branch, or one aspect of aviation combat, such as Balloon Busting, or WW1 Bombers, etc.

4. The creator of the list of 10 questions will be the one to grade the responses.

5. The respondent determined to have the best grade will be recognized by a new award which Col. Hajj (Keith) will create.

7. To submit a set of trivia questions, you must e-mail or PM them to either Col Hajj, or one of the moderators he may designate. They will review the questions to determine if they are in keeping with the trivia posting guidelines, and reply back to the submitter with clearance to post them.
