The webstore now has the ability to offer multiple rates for domestic and international orders.

US and orders bound for Puerto Rico - At checkout, customers should see options for a Flat Rate, USPS Ground Advantage (TM), and Priority Mail(R). The Flat Rate is $2 and does not include tracking.

International - At checkout, customers should see options for a Flat Rate and Priority Mail International(R). The Flat Rate will likely be just under $20. Priority will still be closer to $60. If you don't see one or both options, contact me and I'll see if I can determine the issue in the system.

What changed? Previously, there was no option to present both flat rate and USPS options, it was one or the other. They can be presented simultaneously now.
