lol - well that hadn't actually occurred to me, Phil, but probably would be great for destroyed objectives. They are part of a set of generic blast craters off eBay.
Hahahaha - no chance ChrisHopefully these will see more use with Bulldogs rather than Eagles.
Nice craters though
Very nice craters, Chris!

They are nice craters, Chris. They look like some of the potholes around NE Ohio

Hahahaha Believe me Karl, you are not alone there in OhioThey look like some of the potholes around NE Ohio
A bit late putting these up but they were all completed in November :
Caudron G3 - which I have had in the "To do" box for so long I cannot remember who the designer was - apologies. I think it was one from Decapod.
Paints all Vallejo - Mainly a mix of Golden Brown and Golden Yellow with a touch of white added (more so for the G4 below); Other colours used - Red Leather, Sky Blue, Red, Medium Sea Grey and Oily Steel.
Decals: numbers and British roundels (G100 below) by Miscmini and French roundels by Skelton.
Caudron G4 - Apologies, again designer unknown. No pilot so probably Decapod?
Martinsyde G100 by Reduced Aircraft Factory. My second and both of them were used by 30 Squadron RFC out in Macedonia
Paint mainly Clear Doped Linen RFC/RAF by MisterKit, plus vallejo as per the above.
Excellent work, Mike
Sharp eyes amongst you may spot a blemish on the upper plane of the Caudron G3, just above where the pilot would sit. I'm afraid, in my enthusiasm to drill a hole through the base of the fuselage, to act as a seat for the ball bearing, I drilled right through the cockpit and hit the wing. For around five seconds of panic, trying to find the off button, the poor little Caudron G3 was wizzing around in circles faster that it could ever have done in real life Decided to keep the blemish as a reminder to try and avoid such a catastrophe again
Those all look good, Mike.
Especially like the Martinsyde.
Great work, Mike. Love the Martinsyde especially.
Very nice trio, Mike!

Great work as usual Mike. I too like the Martinsyde "Elephant"
I wasn't sure how the camera on the Martinsyde's...uh...side would look, but you've nailed it!
Good job Mike.
Thanks again all. Glad I got the camera right Daryl.
Inspiring work guys.
A lovely trio there, Mike, well done

Great work Mike. How did you get Tim to fit in that small plane?

Mike, I like that you go the extra mile to display your models 'flying' over a village or landscape. I wouldn't have any trouble spotting that G3 on the table.
Superb!
Nice one Mike. It gave me a laugh.
Just a pity we cant get one of him in Steffi.

Done in honour of Tim's enormous number of victories during Origins this year. Although I was tempted to put him in a flying boat after an earlier comment he posted.
Tim, if only I had found an appropriate good photo of Steffi, I would have used that amazing model, but sadly I don't have one. Next time perhaps.
Have to say, I was also tempted to put myself in a Camel and place it in a position about to collide, but thought better of it
Mike, have you suddenly found yourself with time on your hands?
