    Default March 31 Update for the webstore closure

    - I'm concentrating on Domestic Order operations first. International Order operations are an issue that I will address at some point in the future.

    - Domestic shipping options will change. The current plan is for the store to offer Priority Mail and First-Class Package Service. Both options provide tracking but neither one is inexpensive. A need for the Tracking capability is driving this change.

    - My intent is to reopen the store for Domestic orders not later than April 4th.
