Turn 6-1: Swarm attack.
Graugans breaks hart right to get rid of flash and reveals Marechallannes. Flash opens fire immediately on Marechallannes, who dives to evade. Teaticket shoots on Graugans.
The Camels rush like a swarm of sharks through the Fokkers and force them aside.
(I really like this photo)
Sauerkraut watches the action from above and looks out for an easy prey.
Teaticket shoots over the long distance.
Turn 6-2: Teatickets combo.
Teaticket continues with his attack run. Graugans can escape with a spontaneous right turn, but Marechallannes has less luck and is hit.
Meanwhile camelbeagel climbs further, to reach the dreaded triplanes.
Turn 6-3: Regroup.
The two groups cross their path without exchanging fire.
Will camelbeagel and Sauerkraut take the opportunity to get a kill?
Move's in. The fur-ball begins!
Turns in. Getting exciting!
And still no collisions!
Turn 7 moves sent.
Well done chaps; what was that loud banging and flashing just in front of me ? Oh ! That's what it's for..
Turn 7 moves in

Florian you are providing an excellent blow by blow account of the fight.
It makes good reading.
Cheers
Unfortunately I have overseen a correction Graugans sent me after his first maneuvers for turn six, because of the intermission. Actually he wanted to fly a Split-S combination. But he was so generous, to not insist in redoing the whole turn and go on. So don’t sent me corrections they will be ignored
Turn 7-1: First double damage!
Sauerkraut turns long left. Camelbeagel climbs to get him in range and opens fire. Graugans welcomes camelbeagel
on altitude four with the first double damage of the game!
Marechallannes is leaving the center of the battle, but the distant Teaticket and flash are heading in his direction.
Turn 7-2: Confrontation.
Sauerkraut and Teaticket Rush on confrontation course. Marechallannes watches this and also goes in on Teaticket.
Graugans, camelbeagel and flash are surrounding the scenario.
Turn 7-3: Tailing!
Teaticket and Sauerkraut continue their turns. Marechallannes is now in Teaticket’s six and shoots! This is the position you don’t want to have von Richthofen! Seems like we are tailing, again.
Graugans and camelbeagel are recovering, but flash is in the position to protect his wingman.

Some really terrific action photos, Florian!
I'd give you more rep but Spandaus are jammed.
Well, but...does anybody play F2F these days?
"We do not stop playing when we get old, but we get old when we stop playing."
How can I join the next battle?

@Sven: thank you for the correction with the tailing. I have overseen the negative altitude difference.
@Andrzej: there will be a second game. I have already two inquiries for the participation. I think the scenario will be on the Austro-Italien front. Maybe the "Looking down!" Scenario were a Caproni has to stay up to six turns above the enemy's side. This would be a four player game (or seven with the early war scouts ). But I am not sure, if a scout vs. scout scenario is more fun. Flying a Caproni isn't much entertaining, isn't it?
You're looking for a bomber pilot...?

Is it surviving winners, stay on ?
This is Mr Roy "Chubby" Brown, British (blue) Comedian, for those that don't know him

Never heard of him. His accent is very hard to understand for me. By the way: I saw the "Inside No.9" series a few weeks ago. Most episodes were fantastic, but some scenes were just weird for my taste (the bottom-steak and the guy with his photographic laboratory). This series expanded my understanding of British Black Humor.

Florian,
You need to clean up your inbox. I cannot send my updated moves.
Seems we should switch to PM instead of Telegram. It's more lucid.Originally Posted by Graugans

SWEET! RATATATATA!
Sorry for the delay, but one player has twin legal targets to choose from. I am waiting for a decision, before I can go on.
Teaser: we have the first air victory.

Much anticipation!
All actors here...
I'm curious.

8-1: Furbal action
Graugans and Teaticket go on collision course. Both fire their guns at close range. Both planes take massive damage, but Graugans’ fuselage got too much and disintegrate. Marechallannes sees his wingman going down, pulls up and shoots in the back of Teaticket to take revenge. Teaticket takes further damage, but his Camel stays in the air. Flash also pulls up, and makes an aimed salvo on the long distance on Marechallannes, to protect his wingman Teaticket. A loud crack can be heard. Marechallannes plane is a cloud of wood splinters and scrap of cloth, but is also still flying. Sauerkraut uses the opportunity to fire from above on flash. Camelbeagel is watching the scene in his back from the distance.
8-2: Outnumbered.
Marechallannes turns hard right, to accompany his only wingman left and almost crash into flash. Camelbeagel makes an Immelmann and opens fire on Marechallannes, who is hit by a graze.
8-3: Camel fodder.
Sauerkraut turns left to cut off camelbeagels course and is surrounded by three Camels!
