I'd like this to be a sticky, giving all designers and a brief description of their ranges, one shop and its URL per post.

Kampfflieger - the original designer, and still with the largest range of 1/144 WGF Aircraft. 1/200 WGS and other scales also available.

Colinwe/Wow - Number 2 of the designers, with a very large range of WGF aircraft in 1/144 and other scales. Only a handful of 1/200 WGS.
http://www.shapeways.com/shops/wow
Decapod - a range mainly of multiples of the more popular 1/144 WGF aircraft, plus many 1/200 WGS aircraft difficult to find in other ranges.
http://www.shapeways.com/shops/decapod
jbmacek/Columbia Aerodrome Mid-sized range of often early war WGF in 1/144 and other scales, plus multiples of common aircraft.
http://www.shapeways.com/shops/columbiaaerodrome
Reduced Aircraft Factory - small to moderate range of the rarer 1/144 WGF types

UPDATE
Now a rather large selection, one of the largest, rather than "small to moderate" !
"Now I've got over 100 products and I've started adding some of the less-rare ones too (like Nieuport 11, Bristol Fighter, DFW C.V, Albatros D.III, ...), and almost everything is available in both 1:144 and 1:285 (1:288)."
Still the best place for the rarer stuff too. These days, the first place I look.

Can we add this bloke then? The one with the WW2 projects and not-Crimson Skies stuff?

Just come across this designer, one 1/144 plane available so far the Morane-Saulnier Ms.406, also the Curtiss P-36 Hawk not for sale yet.
A growing range of WWII planes & bits in 1/200. Seems like I've stuck between Pacific theater and Italian planes mainly with a few requests and oddities.

Not planes (not yet anyway!) but I've just created a 'shop' on Shapeways for my bomber/multi-crew damage tokens and other accessories:

(Some other photos and a bit of blurb about it in this post here.)
