I think any gaming convention (other than GenCon, Origins, Historicon and maybe a couple others) in the US is considered a 'Minor Con'. I've claimed the medal for minor con for Fall In, Cold Wars and smaller local cons in the northeast. Council in Schenectady is good too. That is where it all started for me as a GM for Wings.
Put on Wings at the event, post an AAR, and request the medal seems to be the way.Quote:
