    One of the smallest of Great War fighters, which might have led to its perceived poor performance as being nose heavy. Nungesser disliked the plane, and unknown (at the time) Willi Coppens did not want to fly it either. But Coppens would have had no "clout" in 1916, and Nungesser was performing acrobatics at 200 meters in an unfamiliar plane was led to him being injured.

    It is a very small kingdom I offer, the size of a postage stamp really, but if Shapeways designers can provide us with the Curtiss JN-4 Jenny (thank you Colinwe), and the Kettering Bug (thanks Z's, Kampfflieger, and Columbia Aerodrome), then certainly we can see a Tommy!   3. Shapeways and the Pfalz

    For the last few weeks I have been doing several flyovers at the Shapeways site. I have been able to resist purchasing anything to this point because I am lazy. I like the fact that I do not have to build, paint, and add decals in order to play Wings of War/Glory. Out of the box, onto the gaming table, simple. Add to the fact that at times the Shapeways products can be "gritty" looking has made it easier to resist the Shapeways temptation. That may have changed....
